Comprehensive Counseling Services

Women's Resilience & Wellness
$100.00

Women often carry multiple roles at once, partner, mother, daughter, caregiver, professional, friend, and the person others depend on when something needs to be handled. Over time, constantly meeting the needs and expectations of others can make it difficult to recognize your own needs, wants, boundaries, and identity.

You may be struggling with burnout, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, guilt when you say no, difficulty setting boundaries, relationship stress, motherhood or caregiving demands, career pressure, changing family roles, or a major life transition. Sometimes there isn’t one obvious problem at all. You may simply realize that you’ve spent so much time being who everyone else needed you to be that you’re no longer sure who you are outside of those roles.

Our work can explore the deeper patterns underneath what you’re experiencing, including messages learned within your family of origin, expectations you’ve carried about who you “should” be, negative beliefs about yourself, and relationship patterns that may have once helped you feel accepted or safe but no longer serve you.

Therapy is an opportunity to understand yourself with greater compassion while developing healthier boundaries, stronger self-worth, more fulfilling relationships, and greater confidence in your own decisions. The goal isn’t to become a different version of yourself, it’s to create enough space to rediscover the parts of yourself that may have been buried beneath responsibility, expectations, and survival and build a life that feels more balanced, intentional and authentically yours.

Trauma Recovery
$100.00

Trauma isn’t defined only by what happened to you. It can also be reflected in what happened afterward, and in the ways your mind and body learned to protect you.

Traumatic experiences may include abuse, neglect, unhealthy or controlling relationships, childhood instability, family-of-origin wounds, betrayal, abandonment, significant loss, chronic criticism, or experiences that left you feeling unsafe, powerless, unseen or unworthy. Sometimes trauma comes from a single experience; other times it develops through patterns that occurred repeatedly over months or years.

Long after those experiences have ended, you may notice their effects in your relationships and in the way you see yourself. You might struggle with trust, shame, guilt, emotional triggers, hypervigilance, difficulty relaxing, fear of rejection or abandonment, people-pleasing, emotional disconnection, negative self-talk, or repeatedly finding yourself in relationships that recreate familiar dynamics. You may intellectually understand that something is over while still feeling as though part of you is responding to it.

Trauma-informed therapy creates space to understand these responses rather than simply judging or suppressing them. Together, we can explore how past experiences shaped beliefs about yourself, relationships, safety, love, and worth; identify patterns that developed as ways of coping or surviving, and begin challenging beliefs, that continue to keep you connected to old wounds.

Healing does not require forgetting what happened or pretending it didn’t matter. It means helping the past take up less space in the present, strengthening your sense of safety, rebuilding trust in yourself, developing healthier relationships and boundaries, and creating a life increasingly guided by who you are now rather than by what you had to survive.

Family Relationships & Estrangement
$100.00

Family relationships can hold some of our deepest connections and some of our deepest wounds. When a relationship with a child, parent, sibling, or other family member becomes strained, distant, or ends all together, you may be left grieving what was, questioning what happened, replaying conversations, or wondering whether the relationship can ever be repaired.

Estrangement can be particularly painful because it often involves ambiguous loss, grieving someone who is still living and a relationship whose future remains uncertain. You may struggle with sadness, anger, guilt, rejection, helplessness, or questions about your own role in what happened. For mothers, changes in relationships with children can also affect identity, family traditions, relationships with grandchildren, and the future you once imagined.

Family difficulties aren’t limited to complete estrangement. You may be navigating increasing distance from an adult child, repeated cycles of conflict, difficult boundaries, divorce, or blended-family dynamics. strained relationships with parents or siblings, caregiving pressures, or long-standing family-of-origin patterns. Sometimes years of expectations, unresolved hurts, communication difficulties, and changing family roles become intertwined in ways that are difficult to untangle alone.

Our work can explore these relationships with both compassion and honesty. Together, we can look at attachment and family patterns, communication boundaries, expectations, grief, and your own experiences and choices without reducing a complicated relationship to either blaming yourself or blaming someone else. An important part of this process can be learning to recognize what you can influence, what you can repair, and what ultimately remains outside your control.

Anxiety & Stress Management
$100.00

Anxiety doesn’t always look like panic. Sometimes it looks like being the person who plans everything, thinks through every possible outcome, has difficulty saying no, constantly worries about disappointing others, or appears completely capable while internally feeling exhausted.

You may experience persistent worry, racing thoughts, overthinking, perfectionism, irritability, difficulty concentrating, trouble sleeping, physical tension, avoidance, procrastination, fear of making the wrong decision, or a constant feeling that something needs your attention. Stress can become so familiar that slowing down feels uncomfortable or even impossible.

For many women, anxiety is also intertwined with relationships, responsibilities, expectations, and deeply established thinking patterns. You may find yourself assuming the worst, taking responsibility for other people’s feelings, questioning your decisions, minimizing your own needs or believing that if you can just work harder, anticipate more, or keep everything under control, you’ll finally be able to relax.

Together, we’ll look beyond simply managing symptoms to understand what is keeping the anxiety cycle going. This can include identifying triggers, examining automatic thoughts, and cognitive distortions, recognizing patterns of avoidance or overcontrol, understanding how stress affects your body and nervous system, and exploring experiences or beliefs that may be contributing to your current responses.

From there, therapy can help you develop practical coping and emotional-regulation strategies while also addressing the patterns underneath the anxiety. The goal isn’t a life without stress sor uncertainty. It’s developing the ability to move through them without allowing worry, fear, or the need for control to determine how you live.

Every healing journey is unique. Therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and informed by current research on the connection between the brain, nervous system, emotions, and behavior. Sessions are personalized to help you better understand yourself, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
